Next, I booked my flights and then faced the challenge of finding a suitable hotel that offered reasonable rates, cleanliness, and excellent facilities. For this, I turned to Booking.com, a platform that made it easy to find the perfect place for my stay. After extensive searching, I chose Plaza Park Hotel due to its favorable reviews and convenient location. Upon arrival at the hotel around 9:00 AM after a tiring five-hour flight and additional time spent at the airports, I was in desperate need of rest. The standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, which was quite a wait for me. However, the receptionist was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early at 10:00 AM after a room had been vacated and cleaned. Her professionalism and understanding of my situation, especially after traveling all the way from Pakistan on a night flight, was highly appreciated. **Service and Amenities:** Mr. Sek, a staff member, helped me with my luggage and provided his contact information for any assistance I might need. This level of personal attention continued throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making it easy for me to rest and prepare for my official function at AIT, which was an hour away from the hotel. The following day, Mr. Khun Oui arranged a clean and well-maintained car for me at a reasonable fare. He accompanied me throughout the day, sharing insights about Bangkok and other areas of Thailand. His dedication and genuine care were truly commendable, reflecting well on the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

The one thing that stands out for me is the concierge here they are great I can't remember the mans name sorry but as soon as I arrived he said welcome back Mr... I liked that he remembered me. Room was great I had a desk to work lovely bath and separate shower. The rooftop pool here is great it has a bar and sells really nice food too. I come to Bangkok quite a lot and this is now my go to hotel it has everything I need, super comfortable beds, great location and the breakfast is good it's basically perfect. I tried a 5 star hotel on my last trip and I wish I hadn't it wasn't as good as this 4 star and more expensive. You are right on Sukhumvit easy walking distance to nana and soy cowboy shopping centres and most importantly the train line its like 5 minutes away. 7/11 down the road its just perfect.

Concerning the welcome on arrival, the baggage handlers and staff were attentive and smiling, the luggage was brought into the room during check-in which put us in the best conditions after hours of flights and fatigue. The swimming pool on the 8th floor is absolutely perfect, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I end with a special mention to Oui the hotel concierge, his personality and his ability anticipated our desires and needs are just incredible, without forgetting Pan and the other members of the staff are also smiling and professional, nothing to say about hygiene everything was super clean. Go ahead with your eyes closed. Oui will take care of the rest :-)

We arrived early in the morning after a long travel day and although the room wasn’t ready we were able to take our cases up to the 8th floor and shower and change. We then headed out to explore while they looked after our luggage. Staff especially the concierges were super friendly offering suggestions on things to do/places to eat.

It's quite a nice area to stay in, relatively quiet whilst being fairly close to many hotspots in Bangkok. Pretty easy walk (roughly 5-10 mins) over to both the BTS and Metro train lines which was super convenient.
