Room overall was really nice, spacious, comfy beds and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. It's quite a nice area to stay in, relatively quiet whilst being fairly close to many hotspots in Bangkok. Pretty easy walk (roughly 5-10 mins) over to both the BTS and Metro train lines which was super convenient.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size and caught the sun all day. Gym had adequate equipment for an ok workout and the location was central. Room was a decent size and kept exceptionally clean by the cleaners. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were perfect!

Next, I booked my flights and then faced the challenge of finding a suitable hotel that offered reasonable rates, cleanliness, and excellent facilities. For this, I turned to Booking.com, a platform that made it easy to find the perfect place for my stay. After extensive searching, I chose Plaza Park Hotel due to its favorable reviews and convenient location. Upon arrival at the hotel around 9:00 AM after a tiring five-hour flight and additional time spent at the airports, I was in desperate need of rest. The standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, which was quite a wait for me. However, the receptionist was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early at 10:00 AM after a room had been vacated and cleaned. Her professionalism and understanding of my situation, especially after traveling all the way from Pakistan on a night flight, was highly appreciated. **Service and Amenities:** Mr. Sek, a staff member, helped me with my luggage and provided his contact information for any assistance I might need. This level of personal attention continued throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making it easy for me to rest and prepare for my official function at AIT, which was an hour away from the hotel. The following day, Mr. Khun Oui arranged a clean and well-maintained car for me at a reasonable fare. He accompanied me throughout the day, sharing insights about Bangkok and other areas of Thailand. His dedication and genuine care were truly commendable, reflecting well on the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

It's not our first visit to this hotel and we we're not disappointed. Staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Oui the concierge is a gentleman and is always on hand to assist and give advice. Khun Nuit and Ying at reception are always prepared to go the extra mile and Aum has a firm hand on the high standard of housekeeping. All in all we are very satisfied and hope to return again next year.
